Our jerseys and bib shorts are crafted with utmost precision and the highest quality materials. Here's how to ensure they stay in pristine condition:
- UV Protection: Our jerseys have a UPF of 35, protecting you from the sun's harmful rays.
- Washing: Wash at 30°C (86°F) to maintain the vibrancy and quality of your gear.
- Drying: Our materials are quick-dry by nature. However, avoid drying them in direct sunlight. For the best results, turn them inside out while drying.
- Gel Seats: The gel seats in our shorts are antibacterial. They don't need any special care apart from the regular washing instructions above.
- Storing: Hanging the jerseys and shorts is recommended, as they store better this way than when folded.

Custom Cycling Jersey Warranty & Return Policy
1-Year Warranty: Our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but doesn't include damages from accidents, scuff marks, or other user-related issues.
Exchange Policy: Given the custom nature of our jerseys, we can't provide refunds. However, we do offer exchanges for size mismatches or in the rare instance the product arrives defective.
Shipping & Handling for Returns/Exchanges: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once received, we handle the shipping of the exchanged product back to you.
Customs & Delivery: We can't be held responsible for customs fees or subsequent delivery-related fees. Also, we can't control customs hold-ups. We'll support by providing any required information from our end.
Missing or Stolen Packages: Once the tracking system marks the product as delivered, our responsibility ends. We can't be accountable for post-delivery mishaps like missing or stolen items from your property.
