Return & Exchange Policy

At Custom Cycling Jersey, we pride ourselves on delivering quality. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return and exchange policies are detailed to ensure clarity. Read through to understand our terms and conditions before making a purchase.

1. Refund Policy

Understanding the importance of customer satisfaction, we take every order seriously. However, given the tailored nature of our products, refunds are strictly not possible. Customers are urged to carefully evaluate their choices and read our terms of service in detail. We provide detailed descriptions and a comprehensive size guide to aid in decision-making. We strongly recommend reaching out to our support team with any queries before finalizing an order.

2. Exchange Policy

Given the custom nature of our jerseys, we are unable to offer refunds. However:

  • Exchanges for size mismatches or products that arrive defective are possible.
  • Exchanges are typically made within a 60-day period from the date of purchase.
  • For any exchanges outside this 60-day window, unless the product is proven to be defective, we cannot accept them.
  • Customers must ensure they check our size guide meticulously before ordering. If it becomes clear that the customer hasn't referred to the size guide properly, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
  • In situations where sizes might not fit, we can offer a store credit which can be used for future purchases.

3. Shipping & Handling for Returns/Exchanges

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

We do not provide shipping labels due to our overseas location. Securing the return shipment is entirely the customer's responsibility.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will take care of the shipping for the exchanged product back to you.

Shipping times can vary. We cannot be held responsible for any delays causing the merchandise not to arrive by a specific date. It's recommended to order several months in advance to account for potential delays.

Consider purchasing shipping insurance when you return the merchandise to us. We can't be held responsible for any items lost in transit back to us and can't offer a refund/exchange in this eventuality.

4. Warranty

Our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes damages from accidents, scuff marks, or other user-induced wear and tear.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom cycling items, due to their personalized nature, cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive in bad condition or there's an issue with the product, determined at our discretion.

5. Customs & Delivery

We cannot be held accountable for items held by customs, items damaged due to natural disasters or any environmental factors, items which don't arrive because of incorrect information provided to us, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be available under such circumstances.

We cannot be held accountable for merchandise which doesn't arrive by the event date for any reason. Consider this before ordering and ensure that you begin the ordering process well in advance, this also ensures that any exchanges can be dispatched in a timely manner. 

6. Customer Responsibilities

Items which show up on the delivery report as being delivered will be considered as such. Claims related to theft from your property, wrong delivery addresses, not being available when the item is delivered, or unintended recipients will not be admissible for refunds. All orders marked as delivered on the shipping documentation will be considered as such.

By purchasing from us, you agree to communicate with us before requesting a refund and waive any rights to a refund should you open a dispute without first trying to remedy the situation directly. We reserve the right to refuse any refund/exchange upon our sole discretion.
